More Information About the Classes:

Classes based on the understanding of trait sensitivity as explained and researched for over two decades by Elaine Aron, Ph.D; additional HSP & Temperament literature; the instructor’s personal experience of High Sensitivity and working with HSPs for over 20 years in the fields of movement, massage, mental health counseling and life coaching for the HSP.

The classes are designed to build upon one another so optimal benefit will be gained from taking all 6 sequentially, however they are each designed to contain helpful stand-alone material so that drop-in is possible.

Each class will include:

o  Psycho-education on the class topic to validate our experiences of being Highly Sensitive People.
o  Guided centering and inner-listening (seated or with a gentle movement option) for calming and
focusing during class and for practice with a great tool for your HSP tool kit.
o  Solo structured Self-Discovery exercises involving either writing, drawing or collaging for
connecting to your personal material in relation to the topic.
o  Group discussion/sharing post-exercise (“passing” is always an option.) to learn from each other
and to remember that we are not alone.
o   “Field Work” suggestions for explorations on your own between classes.
